Sitting around the house last weekend, Katie suddenly asks my husband,"Dad, did you have a skateboard when you were younger?"
"Nope, I didn't," he responded.
"Oh," Katie replied a little sadly, as if she felt sorry for him. "Had they not invented skateboards yet back when you were a kid?"
